Doc Co-Authoring skill

Runs a structured workflow for co-writing specs, proposals and docs with the user.

Doc Co-Authoring is Anthropic’s skill for writing structured documents together with a person.

The Claude Doc Co-Authoring skill turns the agent into a guide for co-writing specs, proposals and other docs with the user. Its workflow moves through context gathering, refinement of structure and a reader-testing pass that checks the document works for its audience. It comes in Anthropic’s example-skills plugin for Claude Code, is pre-installed in the Claude apps on paid plans and is available through the Skills API.
