Send the desk a correction, a release tip or an advertising enquiry. For a correction, include the affected page and the vendor documentation that supports the change. For a tip, link the original release, documented error or shared setup.
- Corrections: include the page link and, if you can, the vendor doc or changelog that shows the right answer. We check every report against the vendor’s documentation.
- Tips: a release, a documented error message or a setup worth covering.
- Advertising and sponsorship: see Advertise for what we offer and how sponsored content is labeled.
We read every message. We don’t answer support questions about the tools themselves; for those, the vendor’s own help pages and issue trackers are the right place.
Details to include
For a release or setup tip, identify the tool and version, link the original announcement or repository, and explain what a reader would do differently. A documented error report is more useful with the exact message and the relevant vendor page. Remove API keys, credentials and other private information before sending a configuration or log.
For sponsorship, use the Advertising and sponsorship topic and include the product page, your intended timing and the subject you want to explain. Our editorial policy describes the source requirements and sponsored labels.
