Frontend Design skill

Pushes UI work toward distinctive, intentional visual design instead of template defaults.

Frontend Design is Anthropic’s skill that steers interface work away from template defaults.

The Claude Frontend Design skill gives the agent design direction when it builds or reworks interfaces: choosing an aesthetic, typography and layout that do not look generic. It is guidance rather than tooling, meant to raise the visual quality of generated front-end code. Anthropic publishes it under Apache-2.0 in the example-skills plugin for Claude Code; it is pre-installed in the Claude apps on paid plans and available through the Skills API.
