GitHub Copilot access limits: the plan includes no GitHub AI Credits, and GitHub bills metered usage separately from the first use. It is for eligible enterprises and has the same feature and model eligibility as Copilot Enterprise.

An enterprise must pick one billing model, so Copilot access cannot coexist with Copilot Business or Copilot Enterprise seats in the same enterprise. GitHub notes Copilot is not currently available for GitHub Enterprise Server.
